Casa Dica welcomes you on the second floor of an elegant historic villa, offering you tranquility and proximity to the sea. The home’s main advantage is its strategic location: within a few kilometers, you can reach the most popular destinations in Tigullio. Next to the house, a trail leads to the Monte di Portofino Park, perfect for those who love walking in nature. In just 10 minutes by car or bus, you can reach Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo, and Camogli. From Santa Margherita Ligure, you can continue to Portofino by bus or enjoy a beautiful panoramic walk of about an hour. Opposite the house, across the street, you’ll find two private parking spaces, suitable for two cars or a minivan. On rainy days, Genoa is easily accessible and offers many recommended attractions. From August 8th to 10th, the village of San Lorenzo della Costa hosts its festival with local products, live music, and, on the evening of the 10th, a fireworks show visible from the house. Bed linens, towels, and courtesy kits are included; linen changes during your stay are available on request for an extra fee. Our host is always available to recommend the best places to visit year-round. The house is also ideal for longer stays in autumn and winter, perfect for remote work or simply relaxing while enjoying a spectacular sea view in autumn tranquility. The two private parking spots under the house make parking worry-free, while the bus service at your doorstep makes getting around easy, with no need for a car.

Casa Dica enjoys a strategic location in Rapallo: just 50 meters away is the bus stop to the city center, which you can also reach on foot in 15-20 minutes along a flat route. The ICLAS Clinical Institute is just steps away, making this apartment ideal for those with medical appointments, treatments, or surgeries, or for anyone wishing to stay close to a family member receiving care. Right across the street, you’ll find a well-stocked supermarket, perfect for your daily shopping. The Rapallo hospital and the municipal swimming pool, open year-round, are also nearby. A private parking space is available about 500 meters from the property, a valuable feature given the difficulty of parking in central Rapallo. The apartment is also close to the highway exit, making it easy to reach Sestri Levante and the Cinque Terre by car (for the Cinque Terre, we recommend the train, as parking is scarce). Portofino is easily accessible by bus via Santa Margherita Ligure, from where you can continue on foot with a beautiful panoramic walk of about an hour, or take the bus directly. The 40 sqm apartment offers step-free access with a ramp and elevator, suitable for wheelchairs; the interiors are compact and the bathroom has a standard shower, not accessible by wheelchair. The apartment is comfortable and welcoming, with Wi-Fi included, making it ideal for longer stays in autumn and winter.
